This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered within Kuwait.
1. Shipping Coverage
RahaPillow delivers across Kuwait, including:
Kuwait City
Hawalli
Farwaniya
Salmiya
Ahmadi
Jahra
Mubarak Al-Kabeer
Other areas within Kuwait
We do not ship outside Kuwait at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Kuwait City:
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM
Next-day delivery for orders placed after 3:00 PM
Other areas in Kuwait:
1–2 business days depending on location
Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Fees
Standard Kuwait delivery: FREE
Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE
No additional handling fees.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Kuwait.
Customers must provide:
Accurate address
Active phone number
Availability to receive the package
If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, future COD orders may require prepayment.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within a few hours.
Once dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS, WhatsApp, or email if provided.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again. Repeated failures may result in order cancellation.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 24 hours with photos or video.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

التوصيل داخل مدينة الكويت يكون في نفس اليوم للطلبات قبل الساعة 3 مساءً، وبقية مناطق الكويت خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.
